I own a property in Jamieson Court, Pakenham and I'm very happy with my rental unit manager, Hailey. She was extremely good in communicating with me throughout the leasing process. No matter how many times I rang her, she politely answered my calls and if she was busy she returned my voice message as quick as possible. I was more impressed when she went out of her way and got back to me in spite of her personal emergency situation. She had to deal with my past tenant, my new tenant and myself in regards to a carpet situation which she handled very well. I'm extremely happy with her and I really think she is a wonderful example of how a property manager should be. I hope she gets some recognition for her wonderful work.

I can appreciate that the role of property manager may at times be a rather thankless, being constantly bombarded with complaints from landlords and tenants. Just wanted to take a moment to quickly mention how wonderful my current property manager Hailey Mills has been. I’m just going through a warranty job with my builder and both the tenants and builder have continually failed to communicate. Thankfully Hailey has been instrumental in insuring this progressing, stepping in and following up with all parties. Furthermore her detailed property report kicks ass over the property report I receive from my property manager from my property in TAS!
