Colleen is highly experienced and is always keen to learn new skills and do the latest training that Century 21 offers. Being a role that is full of variety, she is organised, professional and prompt in attending to each task in front of her, a key to being a successful Property Manager.

My rental relationship began with Century 21, in August 2021. Colleen Thurling was the property manager; she was extremely lovely and very professional. Over the years, Colleen has gone above and beyond, to help me out.
When I had to relocate, due to a property owner selling their rental property I was leasing, Colleen helped locate a new rental property for me. A few months into the new lease, whilst I was away on holiday, the hot water hose burst under the main bathroom vanity. Flooding most of the property. Colleen went into the property, after hours and mopped up as much water as she could, preventing further damage to the property and my property. I was truly grateful, for her assistance and quick action. Colleen arranged a carpet cleaner, to dry the carpets the very next day. Whenever a maintenance issue arose, Colleen was prompt in engaging trades people to fix the issue. Colleen Thurling is a true asset to Century 21 Pakenham Rental Team. Not only for the renter, but for the owners of the properties she manages. I will miss Colleen and I wish nothing but the very best for her in the future.
